Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CNA preferred.
• Valid Alabama driver’s license and insurability.
• Ability to pass DHR Child Abuse & Neglect Registry and ABI/FBI screenings.
• CPR, First Aid, MCS, and MAC certification (or ability to earn within 30 days).
• Minimum age: 21.

Responsibilities

• Ensure homes meet certification, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets, supplies, and household needs.
• Support residents’ health, medical care, and behavioral plans.
• Manage documentation, reports, and purchasing.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and complete special assignments.
• Work closely with families, QDDPs, BCBAs, and treatment teams.
• Lead goal setting, problem solving, and performance management.
• Assist with staff recruitment, retention, and training.
• Promote a positive, mission‑aligned work environment.
• Supervise and support direct care staff.
