Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. A strong leader with excellent organization and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in human services preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (autism preferred).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residential staff within the home.
• Ensure high-quality care and safety for residents.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff coordination.
• Oversee upkeep of the facility.
• Monitor documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Support residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, leadership, Service Coordination and families etc.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to staff.
• Finance Reconciliation and Budgeting.
