Job summary

Support Solutions is hiring a House Manager in New Jersey to lead administrative and programmatic duties for residential supports. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, help plan ISP/PCSP, and coordinate staffing across shifts to meet care plans.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with attention to documentation, safety, and budget considerations in home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in direct service delivery with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Proficient computer knowledge and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Meet state/local requirements for background checks and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and hiring of Direct Support Professionals.
• Attend planning meetings and develop ISP/PCSP and activity calendars.
• Schedule and conduct staff meetings and trainings; ensure proper communication.
• Ensure safe transport and accompany clients to events, jobs, and appointments.
• Maintain client records and protect funds; monitor budget and resources.
• Complete and disseminate weekly/monthly activity calendars; report incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
