Job summary

You'll guide staff, support residents’ independence and well-being, and coordinate care, routines, and services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, accompanying residents to appointments, implementing support plans, and attending manager meetings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
