Job summary

Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc. seeks an Assistant House Manager to support young men with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting in the Eugene/Springfield area. You will lead a team, supervise daily routines, and ensure safety while implementing behavior support plans and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and prioritize safety.

• Leadership and coaching skills to guide Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff in daily routines within a residential setting.
• De-escalate challenging behaviors and implement behavior support plans.
• Document incidents and maintain thorough records for each individual served.
• Model appropriate responses and ensure safety and dignity for residents.
