Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Residential group home management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead with empathy and build trust in a person-centered environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with clients, families, and staff.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for scheduling and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a person-centered group home and supervise staff.
