Job summary

AID of Indiana in Angola, IN is seeking a dedicated House Manager to supervise staff and ensure daily living activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to policies, scheduling, and transportation coordination, with on-call duties as needed.

Experience as HM or DSP is required; CNA/HHA background preferred. Starting base pay is $52,890 annually, plus a $400 monthly bonus when all shifts are covered.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as HM, DSP, or similar to be considered.
• CNA/HHA preferred.
• Management experience not required but must be able to manage/supervise other employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the home and ensure daily activities are completed.
• Keep policies, procedures and paperwork updated in the home.
• Manage individual Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meals, and household tasks.
• Coordinate transportation to medical appointments and outings; schedule staff and monitor attendance.
• On-call duties as needed, rotating or 24/7 with assistance.
• Maintain monthly paperwork for the home on a day-to-day basis.
