Job summary

WellCare Homes is seeking a Facility Administrator to lead a residential care facility serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance with Title 17/22, and direct daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting oversight, staff development, and on-call availability, with travel between facilities as needed. Exempt, full-time position with pay $75,920.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have ARF Administrator Certification or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff in residential care or related setting.
• Knowledge of Title 17, Title 22, DDS and licensing standards.
• Ability to supervise, manage operations, and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee, and manage daily operations of the residential facility.
• Supervise and train staff, evaluate performance, and handle staffing decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Title 17/22, DDS, and licensing standards.
• Develop staffing schedules and participate in hiring recommendations.
• Monitor resident care plans, coordination, and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records and manage facility purchasing and budgeting.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate transportation as needed.
