Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily operations of residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, community involvement and personal growth for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1 – 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations and supervision of staff.
• Support residents to learn life skills and promote independence.
• Coordinate care, monitor health and medication administration per guidelines.
• Maintain safe, clean residential spaces and document progress and activities.
