Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at Twin Pines RTF in Central Point, Oregon. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist residents with daily living activities under supervision, including meal prep, mobility support, and basic personal care.

You will help transport clients, accompany them to treatments, and document services to meet productivity standards. A paid training path and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• A dedication to the wellbeing of each resident and helping them complete their activities of daily living (ADL’s) and independent activities of daily living (IADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Under RN supervision, pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client’s primary care provider.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation.
• Transport clients to and from the program and maintain documentation of services.
