The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, with trauma-informed care and crisis prevention

Qualificações

• High School Diploma and one year of experience as it pertains to the essential duties of the classification. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling one (1) year may substitute for the required experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the daily monitoring of residents in a secure adolescent treatment setting.
• Develop life skills, recreation and social activities for residents and redirect inappropriate behavior.
• Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays with mandatory scheduling requirements.
• Apply Crisis Prevention Intervention and Trauma-Informed Care as core treatment approaches.
