Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Therapist provides individual, family and group therapies, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, documents in the EHR, and ensures care aligns with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• 2 years of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and highly organized detail oriented.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in a residential setting.
• Maintain care standards in compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Develop treatment plans with the treatment team and document in the EHR.
