Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities.
• Driver's license may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services under RN guidance.
• Assist with meals, prep, cleanup, and shopping as needed.
• Support daily living activities to maintain independence.
• Transport clients to programs and activities when required.
• Document services and maintain productivity standards.
