Job summary

Fieldstone RTH in Wilsonville, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to provide companionship and daily living support to adults living with mental illness. Under RN guidance, you will assist with medications, meals, and daily activities while promoting independence and safety in a caring team environment.

Position follows AFSCME bargaining guidelines; flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for professional development and certifications are available.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DHS background check
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• CPR and crisis de‑escalation trainings required

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily living activities to clients
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing
• Pass medications under guidance of a Registered Nurse
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed
• Maintain documentation of services per productivity standards
