Chartwells Higher Education, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Residential Dining Services Director for FAU Jupiter Campus. You will lead dining operations, ensure client satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive food safety and quality. Strong leadership and budget experience is essential.

The role requires overseeing dining services, supervising managers and staff, and delivering cost-effective, high-standard foodservice within a university setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in food services management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversee direction, coordination and evaluation of the account.
• Prepare and manage annual budget; ensure food safety and sanitation compliance (HACCP/OSHA).
