• Oversees and participates in preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Supervises serving of meals and handles complaints.
• Trains employees and coordinates work for efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures, schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Handles cash per Food Accounting Manual and deposits funds.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety in line with standards and regulations.
