Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Must have a valid California driver license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds, building and equipment daily for safety hazards.
• Process service requests with tenants within 24 hours of receipt.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as needed; perform carpentry tasks.
