TELACU Property Management, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Building Maintenance II to perform routine and preventive maintenance for senior housing facilities.

The role reports to the Regional Maintenance Supervisor and requires coordinating with the Property Manager to address tenant service requests promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, inspecting equipment, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years hands-on building maintenance experience.
• Formal related training or certifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties and preventative/corrective maintenance for senior housing facility.
• Inspect grounds, building and equipment daily for safety issues and report to supervisor.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to process service requests within 24 hours.
