Job summary

TELACU Industries Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance III for a senior housing facility in Los Angeles. The role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, safety checks, and coordinating repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

You will work under the Regional Maintenance Supervisor, manage vacancies, and support training and inspections. Requires 2–4+ years in building maintenance and relevant trade certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance and familiarity with safety regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds, building and equipment daily for safety and health hazards.
• Process tenant service requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Assist with trainings and REAC inspections.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance Chart and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation and basic repairs as per maintenance manual.
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate repairs; use company vehicle as needed.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies.
