Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking an Experienced Residential Building Engineer to join our property management team at Stadium Walk, GA. You will oversee the physical and mechanical upkeep of the community, ensuring safe, reliable systems and a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and budgeting for capital improvements, coordinating repairs, and maintaining positive tenant relations in collaboration with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Electrical certification (commercial and residential) required.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain painting and cleaning of the property (internal and external).
• Perform maintenance work including mechanical tasks and code compliance; fire alarm checks.
• Schedule capital improvement projects and coordinate with external contractors when needed.
• Repair appliances and boiler systems; obtain quotes as necessary.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for maintenance staff and coordinate with GM on scheduling and budgeting.
