Job summary
Focus Homes in Imperial, PA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead the drafting team and bridge traditional management with Higharc-based automation. You will drive end-to-end digital adoption, translate plan sets into Higharc configurations, and coordinate training for CAD staff and external partners.
The role requires 5+ years of CADD/BIM leadership in residential construction, with strong technical communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate permit sets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience leading CADD/BIM teams in high-volume residential homebuilding or related construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Drafting Team across CAD/BIM workflows.
- Drive Higharc adoption across divisions and digital workflow deployment.
- Translate plan sets and documents into Higharc-compatible configurations.
- Coordinate training, rollout schedules, and onboarding for CAD staff and stakeholders.
- Manage project scheduling, permit sets, and start packages for on-time delivery.
- Interpret IRC/IBC codes and ensure multi-state compliance.
- Maintain division control logs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
