Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Nelsonville, OH seeks a Residential Behavioral Health Worker (Substitute/As Needed) to cover absences. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with occasional weekend hours. On-call availability is required; pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.26 per hour.

The role involves direct youth care, behavior management, documentation, and transport as needed. On-site position supporting community-based services across Southeast and Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-call.
• Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
• Provides direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services.
• Provides behavioral interventions in a safe, caring, and structured environment.
• Maintains necessary documentation and participates in program evaluation.
• Completes daily summaries of youth activities and actions.
• Provides transportation for youth as needed, ensuring safety.
• Dispenses medications as directed per prescription and documents per policy.
