Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily residential operations across intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications. You will train and support the BHT team, escalate crises when needed, and maintain a warm recovery environment for clients.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and firm approach, and a commitment to recovery principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
