Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support residential and inpatient care. You will facilitate therapeutic activity groups, help clients develop coping skills, and maintain a recovery-focused environment.

This full-time, 0.8 FTE role (32 hours/week) runs 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and relevant healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic activity groups and support recovery goals.
• Assist clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder.
• Monitor and document observations in charts and reports.
• Enforce policies and conduct hourly room-checks.

Education
