Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Health Services is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) for Payson Residential. You will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills coaching, documentation, case management, crisis intervention, and individual/group counseling to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential setting, helping maintain a recovery-based environment.

The role requires Saturday and Sunday 7am–5pm with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED with six months of full-time behavioral health experience or an associate/bachelor degree with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills coaching, and related documentation.
• Case management, crisis intervention, and individual and/or group counseling in a residential setting.
• Contribute to a recovery-based environment and support seriously mentally ill consumers.
