Successful Journeys in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Part-Time Behavioral Health Technician to support adults with mental health disorders in residential or outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting incidents, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, compassionate care environment; AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
