Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health in Lewisville, TX is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to cover Sunday–Tuesday, 7am–7pm. The role supports clients in a residential program for adults with co-occurring diagnoses and helps maintain a therapeutic milieu with the clinical team.

Requirements include at least one year of experience in addiction or mental health fields, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in addiction or mental health fields.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Knowledge of MS Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 supervision and support in a residential milieu.
• Assist with medication observations, vitals, and nursing tasks.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain client records.
• Organize client belongings and ensure access to necessities.
• Facilitate non-clinical group activities within scope.
