Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 supervision to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Assist with transportation and client movement within the facility.
• Record vitals, medications observations, and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain organized documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Support group sessions and daily activity planning.
