Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in addiction or mental health fields (preferred).
• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Familiarity with clinical language and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to maintain a functioning milieu and assist with transportation, safety, and inventory.
• Monitor client locations and attendance in programming.
• Observe, document, and respond to client behaviors and presentations.
• Complete medication observations and assist medical/nursing team.
• Document thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Facilitate non-clinical group sessions within scope of practice.
