Qualifications

• AA Degree in substance use studies or similar field required;Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervising employees in residential healthcare or related field.
• Experience working with patients who have SUD and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Support Staff and oversee shift operations.
• Schedule staffing gaps and coordinate resident transportation and activities.
• Train staff on policies, surveillance, and compliance; onboarding new RSS staff.
