Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding new staff.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport patients per policy.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RSS/BHTs and oversee scheduling and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with nursing, clinical, and admin teams for integrated care.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing RSS training.
• Ensure trauma-informed, patient-centered care and safety protocols.
