You will supervise the assistant Coordinator, program leaders, and staff to keep individuals safe and supported.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• At least 3 years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses; supervisory experience required.
• Ideal candidate: empathetic, team player, strong written/verbal communication, energetic, creative, and able to complete orientation.
• Ability to meet Safe and Positive Approaches mastery.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services.
• Oversee assistant Coordinator, residential program leaders, and residential staff.
• Ensure individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.
