Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities, ensuring quality services aligned with regulatory requirements and Devereux’s philosophy of care.

You will lead a team of residential staff, collaborate with center leadership, and oversee coordinators to maintain safe, healthy, and clean living environments for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree in an area of human services.
• At least 3 years of experience working with adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Empathetic, team oriented, strong communication, and positive role model.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services.
• Oversee assistant coordinators, residential program leaders, and staff to ensure safety and a clean living environment.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to ensure compliance with policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
