Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Active Connecticut license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LADC or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in residential treatment.
• Experience with CSSD and DMHAS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational management of the residential program.
• Provide and document individual and group clinical supervision for staff.
• Oversee clinical documentation, chart audits, quality measures, regulatory compliance, and licensing.
• Develop staff through training, evaluations, and professional development.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, program performance, budgets, safety, and operational issues.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage and provide clinical coverage as needed.
