Job Description

This leadership role combines clinical oversight, team development, and residential program operations, giving you the opportunity to directly shape the quality of behavioral health care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team while maintaining meaningful involvement in clinical quality, compliance, and program outcomes.

Program Director, Residential

Salary: $90,000-$95,500 annually

Qualifications for the Program Director, Residential:

• Experience with CSSD and DMHAS programs and populations is preferred.
