Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple locations, ensuring budgets and clinical targets are met while supporting Care Team Managers with staffing and resources for high-quality care.

You will co-chair monthly staff meetings, monitor compliance with policies, and collaborate with HR and leadership on performance, training, and program improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in human services, social work, psychology, healthcare management or business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience in a residential care setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Compliance and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Beacon locations to ensure goals, budgets and clinical targets are met.
• Support Care Team Managers by ensuring adequate staffing and resources for high-quality care.
• Coordinate monthly staff meetings and ensure documentation and compliance across locations.
• Monitor regulatory reporting, incident reviews and corrective action plans.
• Assist with staffing, payroll costs, and budget/EBITDA management.
