Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Program Director to oversee assigned locations, ensure budgets and clinical effectiveness targets are met, and support Care Team Managers with staffing and resources.

You will coordinate monthly staff meetings, ensure policy compliance, monitor incident reports, and liaise with regulatory agencies while guiding training, performance reviews, and program improvements across the sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience in residential care.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and strong computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Beacon locations to meet budgets and clinical targets.
• Co-chair monthly staff meetings and ensure documentation is filed.
• Coordinate staffing/resources for high-quality care and liaise with regulatory agencies.
