Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Part Time Pool Direct Care Provider for our residential programs in Arizona. You will perform screening, assessment, treatment planning, and counseling, contributing to a recovery-based environment. Schedule is part-time with 10-hour shifts as needed.

Qualifications include a 21-year minimum age, various diploma/degree options with required behavioral health experience, and security clearances (MVR and fingerprint) as per program requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED with six months of behavioral health experience.
• Alternative: related/non-related Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with respective experience.
• Fingerprint and MVR clearance required or eligible to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment and treatment planning in a residential setting.
• Deliver life skills, pre-vocational training and counseling services.
• Maintain related documentation and crisis intervention when needed.
