Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance level 1.
• CPR and First Aid certification provided by employer.
• TB test result current.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential setting and supervise direct care staff.
• Implement behavioral health programs and supervise residents' academic/vocational plans.
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and daily routines for residents.
• Ensure documentation, incident reports, and licensing paperwork are completed.
• Hire, train, and evaluate residential staff; provide on-site instruction.
• Maintain client files and liaison with caseworkers and families.
