Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate needs for potential residents for placement.
• Assist residents with intake process and development of treatment plans.
• Build relationships with referring agencies and community partners.
• Provide program information by phone, in person, and via email.
• Assist Community Relations Liaison as needed.
• Data entry and reporting responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as required.
