CVS Health seeks a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Child/Adolescent Utilization Management team by coordinating residential treatment admissions and facilitating communication across providers and care teams.

The role requires clinical knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to manage referrals, monitor progress, and respond quickly to disruptions, with travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Arizona behavioral health system or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referrals, track responses, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers and community partners.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to enable timely access to care.
• Serve as primary contact for providers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond urgently to disruptions, denials or changes in member circumstances with alternatives.
• Participate in utilization management rounds and case reviews.
• Facilitate meetings with residential providers to improve outcomes.
• Support continuity of care with other departments and leadership.
