Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an On-Call Clinician Technician to join a team delivering integrated care in a residential setting in Glendale, AZ. You will support clients with Independent Living Skills, health promotion, and crisis management while overseeing medication processes and documenting care.

Shifts are 7:00am–3:30pm (A), 3:00pm–11:30pm (B), and 11:15pm–7:15am (C); positions are on-call with opportunities on weekends and evenings as needed by the facility.

Qualifications

• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting and engage them in Independent Living Skills activities.
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation.
• Engage clients in skills training, health and wellness promotion, transportation, and crisis management.
• Coordinate care, assess, plan and manage caseload, and respond to crises.

You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care. You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. You will be responsible for overseeing the medication process and submit clinical documentation.This position offers the flexibility to pick up additional shifts as you'd like.Select from available shifts and work only when you want to. Great for students or anyone looking to supplement their income!These positions are typically offering On-Call shifts in 8-hour blocks, on A, B, and C shifts (see below) depending on the location’s need and availability.
