Job summary

Terros Health in Glendale, AZ, seeks a Clinician Technician for Maverick House, a men’s residential facility. You will support clinical and operational analytics across General Mental Health and Family Services to improve care, service quality, and patient outcomes.

Under supervision, you will participate in group counseling, educational sessions, client assessments, and incident response, with a schedule including 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate group counseling sessions.
• Conduct educational sessions and client assessments.
• Support clinical and operational analytics for Mental Health and Family Services.
• Assist with ensuring program policy compliance and client monitoring.
• Document observations and write notations during shifts.
• Participate in staff meetings to maintain clear communication.
