Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Clinician Technician to provide oversight and support to behavioral health clients, coordinating referrals, delivering health and wellness services, and maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, supervisors, and medical records to support treatment, participate in program evaluations, and assist with transportation, intake screenings, and daily caseload audits to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1.5 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health (or related field) or non-behavioral bachelor’s with 1 year of related experience.
Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
Must be at least 21 years old; background check.
Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one;
Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

Coordinate client referrals and provide case management support.
Deliver health and wellness recovery services and maintain required records.
Engage with clinical staff, supervisors, and medical records staff to support treatment.
Assist with transportation planning and liaison with external health partners.
Conduct screenings and assist in intake documentation and plans.
