Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician for a full-time role in Phoenix, AZ. Work in a residential setting to engage clients in ILS activities, health promotion, and rehabilitation services while coordinating care and managing screenings, assessments, and treatment plans.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with 1.5 years in behavioral health, or related degrees.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years old; background check required.
• Must provide valid AZ Driver License and have a satisfactory 39-month MVR.
• Valid AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.

Mansioni

• Provide a safe, secure environment in a residential setting and deliver skills training.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, and crisis coordination.
• Oversee medication processes and submit clinical documentation.
• Support clients with Independent Living Skills (ILS) and health/wellness activities.
• Engage clients in rehabilitation and vocational skills and coordinate care.
