Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to ensure a safe, supportive environment in a residential setting. You will engage clients in skills training and coordinate care to promote community integration and self-sufficiency across living, learning, social, and work contexts.

You will conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, manage caseloads, and oversee the medication process while submitting accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Case load management and crisis management coordination.
• Direct client support in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities and health/personal assistance services.
• Oversee medication administration and submit clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support in residential settings.
• Engage clients in skills training for community integration and self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate care and communications with care teams and supervisors.
