Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Clinician Technician to provide a safe environment in a residential setting, conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and coordinate care.

You will support clients in Independent Living Skills, health and wellness, transportation, rehabilitation and vocational skills, while overseeing medication processes and documenting care; must be compassionate and reliable.

Qualifications

• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month MVR.
• Background check completed prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage caseload and coordinate care; respond to crises.
• Provide direct support for Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities.
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation.
• Support health and wellness promotion, transportation, rehabilitation and vocational skills.
