Terros Health seeks a Clinician Technician to provide direct support to behavioral health clients in a residential setting, coordinating care, and managing case load with emphasis on health promotion and Independent Living Skills (ILS).

You will perform screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, while ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with supervisors and medical records staff. A valid AZ driver license and registry checks are required.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED or higher.
• 1.5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
• Valid Arizona Driver License and clean MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support with ILS activities, health and wellness promotion, rehabilitation and vocational skills.
• Coordinate client referrals and case management with clinical staff.
• Conduct screenings and intake documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor caseload and maintain accurate medical/clinical records.
• Transport clients as needed and assist in planning transportation logistics.
• Lead or participate in clinical groups and document interventions and client responses.
