Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinician Technician to provide direct oversight and support to behavioral health clients in a residential setting. You will coordinate referrals, perform case management, deliver wellness services, and help with crisis management while maintaining accurate records.

You will engage clients in Independent Living Skills activities, health promotion, vocational training, transportation, and crisis support, supporting recovery and community integration.

Qualifications

• Assist in screenings and assessments to support treatment planning.
• Coordinate care with clinical staff and medical records.
• Provide direct support services including health and wellness promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation of clients and plans routes with external health partners when necessary.
• Meets with clinical staff to discuss observations and client safety.
• Conducts screenings to identify needs and develops treatment goals; completes intake and documentation.
• Monitors caseload daily and maintains accuracy of medical records.
• Facilitates clinical groups and documents client responses.
