Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Behavioral Health Child/Adolescent Utilization Management Department. You will coordinate admissions for out-of-home residential services and act as a liaison among utilization management teams, residential providers, and care management staff.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organization, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across provider networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health system or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, tracking provider responses and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely submission of clinical information for facility reviews.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
